ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ СТЕПЕНИ КРИСТАЛЛИЧНОСТИ ПОЛИАМИДА-6

Аннотация

Методом дифференциальной сканирующей калориметрии изучены образцы грану-лята высоковязкого полиамида-6:

1) промышленного производства,

2) гранулята после проведения процесса совмещенной сушки-демономеризации,

3)гранулята после последовательно проведенных процессов совмещенной сушки-демономеризации и повторного плавления.

Определены температуры и энтальпии плавления полимера исходного и подверг-нутого технологическим термодинамическим процессам. Доказаны изменения кристал-лической структуры полимера в ходе проведения процессов совмещенной сушки-демоно-меризации и повторного плавления. Показано влияние содержания низкомолекулярных со-единений и температурных параметров вышеобозначенных процессов на степень кри-сталличности полимера.
